This is his fourth play. Kelly DeSarla made her directorial debut at the 2017 Hollywood Fringe Festival with The Brick. Her performance in Henry Jaglom's Train to Zakopané won Kelly a 2014 Last Straw Award. She is a series regular in the virtual reality series, Defrost. The Brick had its world premier at the 2017 Hollywood Fringe, winning the Encore Producer's Award, Platinum Medal for Theatre. The full-length 90-minute version premiered at the Santa Monica Playhouse 2017 Binge Free Festival.
