Santa Monica, the home of Silicon Beach, has driven innovation in Southern California for decades. Today, it is also the home of many "firsts." It is the home to the first U.S.-based social media streaming retail shop, Outlandish; the first AI-customized gym experience in the U.S., Fred Fitness; and the first Google Store in Southern California. There's never been a better time to do business in Downtown Santa Monica.
