How may we help you?
The Ambassador Program provides an inviting and safe atmosphere in Downtown Santa Monica. They are trained to:
• Provide information to visitors
• Give directions
• Safely escort visitors and employees to and from vehicles and businesses upon request
• Help visitors locate vehicles
• Aid visitors with vehicle trouble
• Work with the Santa Monica Police Department to find lost items
Downtown Ambassadors also provide information to businesses on a regular basis via a monthly newsletter called The Memo. This one-sheet contains updates regarding operational and marketing programs, construction or development impacting the area as well as details on any high-impact events.
